125g soft butter
1 1/4 cups caster sugar
1 1/2 cups plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 cup of chocolate chips (white and milk chocolate).
3 cups rolled oats.
Method:
- Pre heat the oven to 180C.
- Add the butter & sugar to a large bowl and mix well.
- Mix in the flour, baking powder & eggs until smooth.
- Pour in the maple syrup, chocolate chips and rolled oats.
- Using your hands roll the batter into small dough balls.
- Put the balls onto a greased baking tray and put into oven for 10-20 minutes or until golden brown.
