Guacamole


Ingredients:

2 ripe avacadoes
1 garlic clove crushed
1 red chili finely chopped and deseeded
Juice of 1 lime (or half a lemon) and finely grated rind.
Salt & pepper.

Method:
  1. Peel, stone and mash the avacadoes in a bowl
  2. Add the garlic, chili, and lime.
  3. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
  4. Season to taste.
