Ingredients:
130g (4.5oz) melted butter
130g (4.5oz) sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs (beaten)
150g (5oz) Self raising flour
1 tsp baking powder
Method:
- Beat the butter and sugar together.
- Add the eggs & Vanilla extract.
- Next fold the flour in gently and add the baking powder.
- Put into cupcake holders and put in the oven for 15-25 mins until golden brown and cooked the whole way through.
